INSPECTION ON SITE BEGINS
Inspections may take several days to only several hours depending on the size and depth of the inspection project. Larger scale buildings such as those over 50,000 sqaure feet may take up to 2 or 3 days to complete. Detailed reports with written defects and pictures may take just as long to furnish.
INSPECTION DEBRIEF
Occasionally we have clients that would like us to explain our findings in person. Sometimes they have staff that needs to be present. We can arrange a meeting to present the report and explain things in detail about the building inspected. This is a great time to answer questions about the property or address concerns.
